Sodexo's Airport Lounge Segment is hiring an Executive Chef at JFK International Airport.

Our American Express Flagship Centurion Lounge offers comfort and elegance, becoming synonymous with airports worldwide.

Career Growth Opportunity

We seek experienced candidates with prior supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting high-volume baking locations;
  • Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and forecasting;
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards are implemented, including recipe compliance and food quality;
  • Develop and motivate team members to adopt culinary innovations;
  • Guarantee food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance;
  • Work with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of basic management experience;
  • Familiarity with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

$67,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
