The REMM Group is in search of a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations.

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the maintenance crew and ensuring the property is well-maintained and in good repair. This position encompasses daily responsibilities such as handling repairs, preparing units for new residents, overseeing capital improvement projects, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct routine repairs on residential units
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Collaborate with service providers to uphold quality standards
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and residents
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours
  • Ensure the property is clean and visually appealing
  • Strategically plan unit turnovers with the maintenance team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in property maintenance
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential
  • High school diploma; additional education or trade certifications preferred
  • Proficient technical skills in HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, drywall, and painting
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
