Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Ramada Waterfront. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing guest accounts and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
