Hotel Front Desk Representative

Ramada Waterfront is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage guest accounts, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and hotel operations.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean.
• Utilize strong communication skills to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a hospitality setting, preferably as a front desk agent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
