Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hotel front desk agent to provide exceptional guest experiences at Ramada Waterfront. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins, managing guest accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and welcoming experiences to every guest, ensuring accurate key distribution and room assignments.
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest account information, including bookings and payments.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet high standards.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

Compensation: $14 hourly
