Position Overview

As a Strategic Partner Manager for Technology Alliances at Sana Commerce Inc, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate product requirements and identify gaps that can enhance the value of the Sanas platform for our core Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Source, engage, and integrate global, national, and regional technology partners that resonate with our strategic vision and support the broader Sana ecosystem.
  • Lead collaborative marketing initiatives with technology partners, including educational sessions, seminars, webinars, campaigns, and trade exhibitions to foster joint demand generation.
  • Facilitate cross-training sessions for Sana and partner sales teams, focusing on shared value propositions, pricing strategies, sales targeting, integrations, and support frameworks to maximize platform benefits and drive mutual sales pipelines.
  • Oversee go-to-market alliances with major players in the industry across North America.
  • Collaborate with the contracts team to negotiate necessary contract modifications.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that technical specifications are effectively implemented.
  • Regular travel may be required.
  • Maintain organized and transparent reporting on both active and prospective partners.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant sales or channel management roles within SaaS or B2B sectors.
  • Technical expertise in e-commerce or related fields is advantageous.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sales and the sales process.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work within a team setting.
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to replicate that success.
  • Comfort in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a commitment to fostering positive change.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with the ability to be present in the office as needed.
