About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions
  • Collaborate with BCBA's and other clinicians to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Provide support to families and caregivers to promote positive behavior change
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
