Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Line Specialist to join our team at Finestkind Brewing LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our filling and packaging line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line Operations: Perform one or more packaging line functions, including filling, labeling, glass staging, box staging, box stacking, stacking, case inspection, cleaning and sanitizing, kegging, and other duties as assigned by the Packaging Manager.
  • Line Maintenance: Clean the line at the end of production and perform daily cleaning tasks on non-production days.
  • Quality Control: Perform product inspections and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality, safety, and inventory management policies are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Packaging Manager and other team members to ensure smooth production operations and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of filling and packaging line operations experience preferred.
  • Availability: Evening and weekend availability required.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and crouch for an entire shift with occasional manipulation of items weighing in excess of 50lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
