Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with residential staff to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans and programming.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate with families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and treatment planning.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with adolescents and/or families in a therapeutic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
