Senior Personnel Security Advisor

ISN Corporation is a prominent provider of specialized professional services to Federal government agencies, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to support our Security Division's comprehensive background investigation contractor services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties associated with Grades 2, 3, 4, and 5 as required.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the personnel security program.
- Lead the development and execution of long-term security initiatives.
- Manage and direct large-scale security projects and programs.
- Act as a senior consultant to executive management on all security-related issues.
- Formulate policies and procedures to address evolving security challenges.
- Represent the organization in high-level discussions with external entities.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Continuously assess and enhance security processes and protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior security personnel.
- Design and implement security training programs.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications:
- Fulfill all Grade 5 experience prerequisites.
- Possess a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in personnel security investigations or as an investigative analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing extensive security programs.
- Advanced knowledge in security policy formulation and execution.
- Proven success in managing large-scale security initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Current TS security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access, including passing a security CI polygraph examination.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in representing an organization in high-level security discussions.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging security threats and mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of security-related/investigative guidelines, including:
- Federal Investigative Standards (FISs)
- Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs)
- Executive Orders (EOs)
- U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (US CFR)
- Trusted Workforce and Continuous Vetting (CV) Programs
