Job Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance our Security Division's comprehensive background investigation services. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with various Executive Orders, Security Executive Agent Directives, Investigative Standards, and FBI Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all responsibilities associated with personnel security at advanced levels.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for the personnel security program.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of long-term security initiatives.
  • Manage extensive security projects and programs.
  • Act as a senior consultant to upper management on security-related issues.
  • Establish policies and procedures to counteract emerging security threats.
  • Represent the organization in high-stakes discussions with external entities.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Continuously assess and enhance security processes and protocols.
  • Mentor and guide junior security personnel.
  • Design and implement security training initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Fulfill all Grade 5 experience criteria.
  • Possess twenty (20) years of experience in personnel security investigations or analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing comprehensive security programs.
  • Advanced knowledge in security policy development and execution.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale security initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Current TS security clearance with the capability to obtain SCI access, including passing a security CI polygraph examination.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in representing an organization in high-level security negotiations.
  • In-depth understanding of emerging security threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with security-related guidelines such as Federal Investigative Standards, Security Executive Agent Directives, Executive Orders, U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, and Trusted Workforce Programs.
