Office Administrator

The Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of the school front office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This includes managing records, compliance, and annual enrollment, as well as coordinating with Great Hearts Lead Office Staff on various matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front office operations, including record and compliance management, annual enrollment, and distribution/collection of textbooks and materials.
• Act as a liaison for families, students, faculty, and staff on non-curricular, non-instructional, and non-disciplinary academy business.
• Coordinate with Great Hearts Lead Office Staff on records, compliance, enrollment, budgetary, and communication matters.
• Supervise office assistants and parent volunteers, as needed.
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Demonstrate good supervisor and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and work with others to achieve desired results.
Requirements:
The Office Manager position requires a strong commitment to K-12 education reform and a passion for working in a school environment. While experience in education is preferred, Great Hearts is seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the organization.
