Job Title: Digital Client and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Client and Project Coordinator to join our team at Strategic America. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for assisting Digital Client and Project Managers in the development of project plans and ensuring projects are effectively planned and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Digital Client and Project Managers in the development of project plans and ensure projects are effectively planned and well-organized.
  • Act as a back-up to Digital Client and Project Managers for administrative duties and help with work overflow.
  • Learn and work confidentially in agency tools such as Metis, Workfront, and Asana to manage and monitor assigned execution of various digital marketing projects.
  • Assist and develop schedules for projects that balance client and agency/interdepartmental needs.
  • Actively engage with cross-agency teams regarding deliverables, timing expectations, and collecting detailed information to submit clear and accurate requests and change orders.
  • Participate in client meetings and work with client managers and SEO team to assist in keeping the projects on track.
  • Provide team members support with administrative duties such as setting up meetings, capturing meeting notes, billing/invoicing, and owning any assigned task/deliverables from the meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to team members, regarding all assigned projects and timelines.
  • Effectively prioritize and stay organized while working on multiple projects/tasks.
  • Organize documents, assets, and deliverables to keep projects moving.
  • Perform QA efforts on digital projects to ensure all functional and technical requirements are met.
  • Understand agency process and help to identify process efficiencies and gaps to improve those processes.
  • Assist client managers and project managers with duties and provide coverage for them.
  • Serves as a positive role model by representing the SA's Core Values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of general digital marketing terminology and processes.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and web best practices.
  • Basic understanding of how to clearly communicate to a cross-functioning team.
  • Drive to learn and understand client requirements to deliver on the job requests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commitment to follow-through in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Requires strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization, internally and externally.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
