Job Description

Trandon Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accounting Specialist to join their team. This role will play a critical part in the company's payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll processing, with excellent analytical and organizational skills. They will be responsible for conducting all payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll through ADP platform
  • Verify employee timesheet charges and enter manual timesheet entries into Deltek Vision
  • Maintain and verify employee Paid time off balances
  • Reconcile year-to-date employees' gross pay to General Ledger Balances
  • Maintain and set up employee tax deductions
  • Attend to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Assist in general ledger preparation and audits as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting (GPA over 3.0)
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Payroll
  • At least 2 years of beginning-to-end Payroll experience on the Payroll/Finance side
  • General accounting experience
  • Experience with billing claims and general accounting

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
