We are eager to collaborate with:

  • An experienced real estate professional with a minimum of 5 years in the industry, ready to thrive in a fast-paced market with team support. You should embrace coaching, continuous learning, teamwork, and accountability.
  • A real estate agent with at least 1 year of experience or a part-time agent aiming to transition to full-time, utilizing team resources. A basic understanding of real estate along with over 3 years in sales, customer service, or hospitality is essential.
  • Recently licensed and driven sales professionals with a background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar fields for over 5 years. You must align with our organizational values and be a strong cultural fit.

If you do not possess qualities such as being a collaborative team member, ambitious, humble, open to coaching, tech-savvy, and committed to providing exceptional customer service, this role may not be suitable for you.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in networking and prospecting to expand your client base and advance your career in the luxury real estate market.
  • Identify and present properties that align with clients' preferences, offering tailored service and guidance throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offers effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients in a competitive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to enhance your professional network and increase referral opportunities.
  • Exhibit teamwork and a shared commitment to achieving collective goals within the real estate team.
  • Convert qualified appointments and marketing leads into successful transactions with the support of the Inside Sales department.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-motivation and a strong commitment to a full-time career.
  • Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning is vital for success in this role.
  • Accountability is a key trait that candidates must possess.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively is essential.
  • A valid Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement.
  • A Driver's License is also necessary for this position.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
