The successful applicant will be tasked with offering legal counsel on a variety of real estate issues, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, and representing clients throughout real estate transactions.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney to advance their career in a stimulating and fulfilling environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive legal guidance on diverse real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Representing clients in real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to all legal standards.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to meet client requirements.
  • Providing advice on condominium law and managing condo agreements.

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate attorney, ideally with substantial transactional experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate law, particularly within Massachusetts.
  • Experience with condominium law and condo agreements.
