Creative Information Technology, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative solutions and services to our clients. We're expanding our Business Development team to enhance our engagement with the State and Local government services sector.

We're seeking seasoned professionals passionate about driving growth and with a strong track record in their respective fields.

Job Summary

This key role involves building digital healthcare solutions that expand product offerings and provide value to our customers and patients. You will lead feature discovery and definition with the customer, working closely with the product team for the design and delivery of the solutions.

You will be working in a highly collaborative, delivery-focused team environment while collaborating with customer business and clinical teams as well as internal technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requirements via listening, workflow, observational studies, paper forms, and other existing forms of documentation.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement healthcare solution strategies.
  • Gather critical information from meetings and JAD sessions with various stakeholders, while producing useful summaries and meeting minutes.
  • Work closely with the product research and development team for product design and enhancement.
  • Convert customer requirements into use cases and development requirement documents.
  • Write test cases for the requirements.
  • Implement User Acceptance Tests and manage client testers and results and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Explain concepts and detailed requirements to the development team.
  • Effectively communicate your results, insights, recommendations to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Work closely with patients, clinical staff, technicians, and managerial staff as well as third-party solution providers.
  • Review final implementation with development team.
  • Train support and training teams on the feature.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field.
  • 12+ years overall experience.
  • 5+ experience as a business analyst or equivalent role with EHR or practice management products.
  • Understanding of clinical workflow.
  • Strong preference for experience communicating with clinical and billing staff directly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to Have: Ability to wireframe designs using Balsamiq.
  • Nice to Have: Agile development methodology experience or training.
