We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our team, responsible for defining and implementing all aspects of current and long-term sourcing strategies to effectively source foundry and OSAT that meet customer expectations of supply, quality, technology, and cost.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing semiconductor-related materials, suppliers, and interactions with ASIC houses, fabless, OEM, Silicon Foundry or OSAT.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring supplier performance and KPIs, including supply, cost, quality, and technology
- Project management, driving projects as both project leader and/or member supporting strategic initiatives
- Developing and maintaining cost projections and performing data analysis to leverage in negotiation and sourcing strategy
- Leading mid-long term planning activities and actively seeking opportunities for process improvements
