Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounting service clients, which includes:
    • Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
    • Creating and posting journal entries

    • Preparing and distributing financial reports
    • Interacting directly with clients to address inquiries and fulfill their needs
  • Facilitating new client transitions
  • Executing requirements for Administrative Audits

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • CPA certification is advantageous

This is a full-time, exempt role with a work schedule of 35-40 hours per week. Compensation is determined by education and experience.
