Our primary goal is to provide churches and non-profit organizations with valuable accounting and administrative solutions that empower them to achieve their missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio of accounting service clients, which includes:
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Creating and posting journal entries
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements for precision
- Preparing and distributing financial reports
- Interacting directly with clients to address inquiries and fulfill their needs
- Facilitating new client transitions
- Executing requirements for Administrative Audits
- Undertaking additional duties or projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative mindset
- Customer service-focused
- Quality-driven
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- CPA certification is advantageous
