Contract Hardware Engineer Mid

Our client, a leading company in the Electronics industry, is seeking a skilled Contract Hardware Engineer Mid to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead the design of ASIC I/O and supporting circuitry, build requirements, and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions. They will also create, test, and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits, field customer questions, and define block requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ASIC I/O and supporting circuitry
  • Build requirements and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions
  • Create, test, and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits
  • Field customer questions and provide technical support
  • Define block requirements and create schematics

Requirements:

  • Experience with Siemens/Cadence IC design tools
  • DDR3, PLL, or SerDes design experience
  • Knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL)
  • Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience
  • Advanced node and SOI technology design experience
  • Experience with Siemens Physical Verification tools and methods
