About the Role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of Class III implantable neuromodulation devices and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop hardware for Class III implantable neuromodulation devices and peripherals, including microcontrollers, MICS-band and/or Bluetooth Low Energy communications, inductive recharging circuits, and fully custom ASICs.
  • Develop PCB electrical schematic designs and layouts, debug and solve hardware performance issues, and specify and assemble hardware for test stations.
  • Ensure that medical device components are compliant with applicable international standards and requirements, including ISO 13485 and 60601.
  • Maintain FDA compliant Design History File and participate in periodic phase reviews.
  • Comply with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM engineering discipline, with 5 years of experience in an engineering environment, preferably in medical devices.
  • Experience in developing requirements, engineering specifications, procedures, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including ability to maintain accurate records and traceability.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
