We have a 59-bed Medicare unit that provides care to residents with complex clinical issues, including congestive heart failure, dehydration, cellulitis, diabetes, deep vein thrombosis, and stable cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring.
Nurses work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including certified nursing assistants, to deliver high-quality patient care. Our focus is on providing individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care and support to residents with complex clinical needs
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assisting with daily living activities and promoting resident independence
Requirements:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Michigan
- Experience working in a long-term care or sub-acute setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
