Position: Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (Tomahawk Program)

Location: Arlington, VA

Compensation: $80.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary

We are currently in search of a Subject Matter Expert to enhance our dynamic Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division. This role is dedicated to supporting the USMC Tomahawk Office and involves critical responsibilities in the development and refinement of Tomahawk Missile Program requirements, alongside comprehensive system and program analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance and refine requirements for the Tomahawk Missile program.
  • Conduct thorough system and program analysis related to the Tomahawk Missile.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish software and system requirements, along with necessary documentation.
  • Engage in the creation of test documentation and scenario development.
  • Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers for effective system integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as USN/USMC aircrew with credentials in strike planning and weapon deployment.
  • Willingness to travel (20%) to various work sites across the U.S.
  • Possession of a valid state driver’s license.
  • U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience with operational, training, and test squadrons, as well as program offices and tactical centers of excellence.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation sectors.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines and standards.

Work Authorization

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
  • Tactical Air Support maintains a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) is required.
