Compensation: $80.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to enhance our dynamic Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division. This role is dedicated to supporting the Tomahawk Office and involves critical responsibilities in developing and refining missile program requirements while conducting comprehensive system and program analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance and define requirements for the Tomahawk Missile program.
  • Conduct thorough system and program analysis related to the Tomahawk Missile.
  • Collaborate with software developers to establish system requirements and produce relevant documentation.
  • Engage in the creation of test documentation and scenario development.
  • Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers for effective system integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be accepted.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in USN/USMC aircrew roles, with expertise in strike planning and weapon deployment.
  • Willingness to travel (20%) to various locations as required.
  • Possession of a valid state driver’s license.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with operational, training, and test squadrons, as well as program offices and tactical centers of excellence.
  • Experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) contractors in the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation sectors.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Work Authorization

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
  • Tactical Air Support maintains a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) is required.
