Clinical Resource Nurse Specialist

Join Tufts Medical Center, a leading integrated health system, as a Clinical Resource Nurse Specialist. This role is responsible for upholding and driving the standard of practice within the medical center, fostering a culture of support and safety for front-line teams, and serving as a general resource throughout all adult nursing departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold and drive the standard of practice within the medical center
  • Foster a culture of support and safety for front-line teams
  • Provide education and respond to consults and medical emergencies
  • Serve as a general resource throughout all adult nursing departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Three (3) years of experience in critical care nursing
