  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Collaborate with production staff, management, and other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues, including equipment failures and technical problems.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with maintenance personnel, production staff, and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE).
