ROLE SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing techniques. This individual should possess strong communication skills and the ability to think critically to develop effective strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, evaluate, and place exceptional talent in Accounting & Finance, IT, and Human Resources.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to foster business growth and expansion.
- Utilize critical thinking to ensure the success of projects.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and closing skills, adept in various techniques for securing placements in the staffing industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development within the staffing industry (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in executing effective development strategies.
- Goal-oriented and focused.
