Position Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Talent Acquisition team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in engaging and attracting high-performing sales professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete sales recruitment cycle, which includes attracting, screening, evaluating, and hiring talent.

Develop and implement a sales hiring strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and culture.

Engage with and cultivate a pipeline of top-tier sales talent to enhance our dynamic sales team.

Provide coaching and mentorship to hiring managers while steering the recruitment process.

Gain insights into the sales talent market landscape to create targeted recruitment campaigns.


Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including proactive recruiting, social media outreach, networking events, and industry databases, to build a robust pipeline of sales candidates.

Collaborate with the sales team, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to comprehend their hiring requirements and objectives.

Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

Manage the offer process, which includes extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

Train and coach hiring managers and interview teams on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.

Enhance the company's brand as an employer of choice through efficient and proactive recruitment.

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Finance, and Compensation to ensure alignment on headcount, budgets, and hiring activities.

Create recruitment status reports to provide transparency to our business partners.

Build and maintain relationships with passive sales candidates for direct recruitment and vendor partnerships.

Lead initiatives focused on candidate and manager experience, process improvement, metrics, and company branding.

Qualifications:
10+ years of recent recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on sales recruitment.

Demonstrated success in recruiting for a fast-paced sales environment, emphasizing metrics and passive candidate strategies.

Experience in elevating the recruitment process to act as a talent partner rather than merely a recruiter.

Proficiency in employment branding to attract top sales talent with a focus on diversity.

Experience managing the entire sales recruitment process.

Understanding of proactive sourcing and the significance of company branding.

Ability to design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract the best talent.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with various sourcing and ATS tools.
