Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Sand Point Country Club. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the dining and banquet areas, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to plan and execute special events, menus, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Club policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a private club or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving member satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
