Position Title: Registered Nurse Case Manager
Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Work Environment: Wound Care Facility
Location: Seattle, WA
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday, 35-40 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $37.23 to $55.85 based on experience
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Case Manager include:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care to individuals in the Wound Care Center, overseeing patient intake and discharge processes.
- Conduct initial assessments, relay findings to the designated physician, evaluate wound stages, document care plans, and monitor patient status.
- Execute hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties as assigned, following completion of necessary training.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Washington State is mandatory.
- CPR and BLS certifications are required.
- Experience in wound care within either acute or long-term care settings is essential.
