Job Overview

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lititz area. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, including light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
  • Assist with the turnover of apartments, ensuring they are ready for new residents.
  • May perform grounds and landscaping work as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
