Job Summary

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production line equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns to management.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Requirements
  • 18-36 months of experience in mechanical systems maintenance for high-speed production lines.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and conveyor systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with production teams and management.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
