Position Summary: Plumbing Service Specialist

This role is part of our Commercial Services Group and is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in plumbing services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Upholding integrity and customer satisfaction are fundamental principles at Haller Enterprises. Please note that this position is classified as Safety Sensitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable technician, establishing rapport with clients and addressing their plumbing challenges, including maintenance concerns and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Engage with a diverse range of facilities, providing opportunities to diagnose, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems and components.
  • Offer honest assessments to business owners or facility managers, enabling informed decision-making based on factual insights.
  • Proactively identify and resolve minor issues before they escalate into significant, costly repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and prolonging equipment lifespan.
  • Work independently while also collaborating with a supportive team that values mutual respect and assistance.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to regulations and being knowledgeable about OSHA standards.
  • Mentor and share expertise with less experienced colleagues entering the trade.
  • Maintain effective communication and mindfulness within the team to ensure successful project completion, with attention to detail in all documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial plumbing services.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • An associate degree from a technical institution is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong commitment to quality workmanship and pride in your contributions.
  • Experience with commercial jetting equipment.
  • Backflow certification is highly desirable.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and grow within the plumbing field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Possession of a Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus.
  • Proficient in using technology for work-related tasks and capable of professional written communication.
