Job Summary
We are in search of a Field Service Technician who possesses outstanding problem-solving skills, a friendly attitude, and a hands-on approach to delivering maintenance services in both residential and commercial environments. A skilled Lead Service Technician will manage all service requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintenance for projects of any scale.

Our key services encompass water heater flushing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, alarm testing, and equipment replacements, among others.

Responsibilities
  • Respond swiftly to customer service requests and field assignments.
  • Engage with clients, present services, and secure necessary approvals prior to initiating work.
  • Supervise equipment maintenance and conduct onsite inspections.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Install and test new equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Provide technical training for new equipment installations.
  • Manage inventory of tools and equipment in the service vehicle.
  • Complete comprehensive job reports.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
