As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with fish care and maintenance. • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fish tanks and surrounding areas.

• Assist with fish care and maintenance, including feeding, water changes, and tank cleaning.

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including fish care and maintenance.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Passion for aquatic life and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
