Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement processes for materials, supplies, and equipment essential to operations.
- Plan and implement procurement and contracting initiatives in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
- Engage in negotiations to secure advantageous terms, bulk pricing, and extended agreements with vendors.
- Act as the main liaison and facilitate communication with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to promote ongoing enhancements in the supply of goods and services that fulfill business needs.
- Drive process enhancements to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to the Global Sourcing and Procurement Policy through monitoring and enforcement.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a relevant technical discipline related to CSL products.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Preferred: Certification in Purchasing Management (ISM/CPM, CIPS).
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiations.
