We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough claim investigations, including interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses
- Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, and inspect property and auto damages
- Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
- Use claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust loss in a paperless environment
- Provide superior and professional customer service
- Be available and communicative during regular business hours
- Have a desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience
- Be able to work unsupervised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Be prepared to follow-up with others in a timely manner and have a valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
