The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our community managers and assist with various tasks, including accounting, customer service, and general office work. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office operations and provide support to community managers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Prepare and distribute reports, meeting materials, and other documents
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and workflows
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
