Job Overview

This is a temporary, full-time position available from November through April 16, 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with internal and external clients efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Prepare and print tax return documents for delivery.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of systems and applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and GoFileRoom.
  • Effectively file resources and documentation according to Firm electronic retention standards.
  • Collaborate with local administrative staff for administrative and office support coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including copying, front desk support, scanning, shredding, mail distribution, metering outgoing mail, restocking production rooms, and technology check-out.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products; knowledge of GoFileRoom a plus.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task, as well as work within a team on projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility.
  • Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information.
