Job OverviewThis is a temporary, full-time position available from November through April 16, 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Interact with internal and external clients efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Prepare and print tax return documents for delivery.
- Maintain a working knowledge of systems and applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and GoFileRoom.
- Effectively file resources and documentation according to Firm electronic retention standards.
- Collaborate with local administrative staff for administrative and office support coverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including copying, front desk support, scanning, shredding, mail distribution, metering outgoing mail, restocking production rooms, and technology check-out.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products; knowledge of GoFileRoom a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task, as well as work within a team on projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility.
- Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information.
