Solar Sales Director

At Semper Solaris, we're seeking a seasoned Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing solar sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline customer acquisition and project execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and post-sales follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of solar sales experience.
- At least 5 years of solar sales management experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
