Solar Sales Manager

At Semper Solaris, we're seeking a seasoned Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving and managing a high-performing solar sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progression from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to sales representatives to improve sales techniques and overall team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline customer acquisition and project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and post-sales follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to ensure the team remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of solar sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of solar sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
