Regional Manager - Food Services

A'BriTin Catering and Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Food Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our college institutions' food services, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of general managers and cafeteria/coffee shop staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer to develop menus, daily specials, and catering operations.
  • Manage labor forecasting, inventory, and food costs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with college institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in food services management.
  • ServSafe certification and state food handlers certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food and labor costs, inventory management, and catering operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in catering, event services, and food services management.
  • Familiarity with food ordering systems, Caterease, ADP, StaffMate, Trello, and similar programs.
  • Licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or another certifying agency.
