We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Providence. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication management and wound care
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
* Oregon Registered Nurse License
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
* 18 months professional nursing experience
