Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Experience Ambassador to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our Guest Experience Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Validation and Direction: Process guest tickets in a timely and professional manner, and direct guests to their assigned seats or seating areas.
  • Event Support: Assist guests with general information, resolve patron-seating issues, and monitor perimeter doors/gates to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Emergency Response: Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first-line contact for guest requests and assistance, and engage with guests to provide the best overall experience.
  • Event Operations: Assist with opening and closing curtains, distributing programs and promotional materials, and performing other general customer service duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under stress, and exercise good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact under all circumstances.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable working around heights, strobe lights, pyro, haze, and loud noises.
