About the Role

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Experience team as a Event Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist guests as they enter the facility, directing them to their assigned seat or seating area, and resolving any patron-seating issues.
  • Monitor perimeter doors and gates to prevent unauthorized access to the event.
  • Provide guests with general information about the event, including concession stands, restrooms, and first aid services.
  • Ensure fire code safety regulations are maintained, monitoring aisles and pedestrian access.
  • Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
  • Act as the first-line contact for guest requests and assistance.
  • Distribute programs and promotional materials as needed.
  • Engage with guests to provide the best overall experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under stress and exercise good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with heights, strobe lights, pyro, haze, and loud noises.
  • Ability to rotate to various positions within a shift.
