Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Assist guests with room assignments, amenities, and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds
