The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager, SMB to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contact information, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of sales tools and technologies
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 USD, with uncapped monthly bonus potential and high quota attainment
