The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager, SMB to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contact information, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and technologies
