Position Overview:
BCforward Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Printer Technician to provide exceptional service and support for printing devices.

Job Location: Hinesville, GA

Contract Duration: 24+ Months

Compensation: $16/hr to $19.92/hr on W2

Job Responsibilities:
  • Replace consumables at each device location and ensure sufficient supplies are available at the customer site.
  • Resolve paper jams and perform maintenance kit replacements.
  • Provide customers with an overview of device functionalities.
  • Report customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate management resource.
  • Assist in collecting usage data for devices and upload reports as required.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting for device issues or replace devices as necessary.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as directed by management.
  • Deliver end-user training as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Utilize web-based software for fleet management, including proactive monitoring and updating site maps.
  • Track usage and activities at customer sites.
  • Manage on-site spare device inventory as needed.
  • Facilitate printer relocations, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
