Order Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Assembly Specialist to join our team at Hallmark Business Connections. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for picking, printing, processing, finishing, and packaging personalized greeting and custom orders to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, print, process, finish, and package personalized greeting and custom orders to customer specifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in setting and operating laser printers, paper banders, folders, FedEx shipping stations, envelope sealers, etc.
- Maintain quality standards and deliver against deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with computer, office, and/or mailing machines
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Must be able to work evening/night shift, as that will be your primary shift
- Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends with little notice provided, shifts may be up to 12 hours
- Experience operating smaller pieces of automated printing or mailing equipment
- Experience with Detailed Project Instructions (DPI), Card Fulfillment System, and FedEx Manager
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Must display strong communication skills, basic math skills, and good reading skills
