As a Culinary Operations Coordinator with AEG, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation in our kitchen. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. With at least 6 months of similar experience or culinary trades training, you will be able to perform cooking procedures as required to fulfill tasks assigned by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Lead Cook.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for roasting and grilling
• Portion control meats, seafood, dairy products, vegetables, and fruits using devices including scales and dishers
• Setup, operate, breakdown, and clean slicers, mixers, and food processors
• Prepare banquet platters, trays, and plated foods according to banquet event orders
• Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation in the kitchen

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen maintenance operations, and safe food handling procedures
• At least 6 months of similar experience or culinary trades training
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
